Jenniellen (pronounced Jennie-Ellen) Withers (she/her) grew up in the small town of Homer in New York State. She began performing as soon as she could, being in many choirs, band (French Horn represent!), and dance recitals. She is is a true triple threat, recently graduating from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA, with a BFA in Musical Theatre, with a minor in dance. She was born to be a swing, as it combines her passion of performing with her love of organization and a brain that loves a good challenge. She feels the most alive when something goes awry and she can think quickly to fix the issue!
In her free time, Jenniellen loves to organize, lift weights, cuddle her cats, hang out with her family, and watch reality TV (Hello Love Island!). As an artist, it is her goal to bring joy to others and to encourage young POC to pursue theatre. As a mixed-race individual (She is Black, white, and Latina), she didn’t see herself reflected in entertainment until recently, and wants to change that for the next generation of artists. Her philosophy is that “the best way to predict your future is to create it” and hopes to spread a vision of a beautiful future everywhere she goes!
This June, Jenniellen will be heading to Jefferson, NH to work at Santa's Village as Flora/swing. She is extra excited as this will be her first contract working for RWS!
